Please make sure you have the latest version of the application installed on your device. We may already fixed your issue in an update.
The application will not launch after install or it quits immediately during play.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad in order to resolve an application’s issue. Check to see if the issue still occurs after doing each step:
Restarting your device.
To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off the device.
To turn it on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Reinstall the application.
WARNING: this procedure will delete any application data you may have saved.
Remove the application from your device and your iTunes library. Then you can re-download the application from the App Store and re-sync your device with iTunes.
To re-download the application, please make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
Re-downloading the application to your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or computer:
Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase. Open iTunes and locate the application and click or tap Buy App. You will then see a confirmation dialog and then a dialog that tell you’ve already purchased the application. Click or tap OK to continue with the download.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it. If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed.
