Use your touch screen to slide rectangular wooden blocks back and forth inside the grid. (only left and right, or up and down, depending on the block’s movement), carefully moving them around in sequences so that you can slide the red wooden block out of the grid.

Both versions feature over 18000 puzzles and 4 games modes, Relax, Challenge, Daily Puzzle and Multiplayer.

Our Unblock Me Premium is basically the paid version of Unblock Me Free. Unfortunately, all our free games have adverts. If you’re sick of pop-up ads while gaming, why not give our paid version a go. It will cost you only $0.99, please note that transferring data between these two is not yet available.

Our Multiplayer mode lasts 5 minutes. To win the game, you need to solve 5 puzzles as fast as possible. You can also bid on the game (optional) to get a hint if you win. A maximum bid is 5 hints, a minimum bid is 1 hint. Please note: for iOS users, crossing between Unblock Me Premium and Unblock Me Free is not yet available.

You can simply select “Multiplayer Mode”, then you will be redirected to Game Play Center, sign in to your Google Account. Once you have logged into your account, click on the “Friends” icon. From there, you will have options to choose from; auto-pick, nearby players, or find your friends by their Google IDs. LINK to the Google Multiplayer Mode for better gaming experience.

We understand your frustration! It can get super frustrating to solve some levels; however, you can pick different difficulties from our ‘Puzzle Packs’ which are available in both Relax and Challenge modes. You can also check out all our games at Kiragames.com

Simply click on a ‘Light Bulb’ icon, an arrow will tell you which way to move a block. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, transferring data between different platforms is not yet available. Android saves its data through Google+, and iOS saves to iCloud.

You can enjoy Relax, Challenge and Daily Puzzle modes without logging into Google Play Games Services. If you are looking to challenge your friends, try our Multiplayer mode, however, Multiplayer mode requires Google Play logging in.

Unfortunately to enjoy our great games, the minimum iOS version required is iOS1.5.5 / Android OS 4.4.

Our games can be played offline – without internet connection. The game progress will sync as soon as the device is online again.

To change the game language, you need to tap on Language (displayed as an American flag at the top right of the home screen). This takes you to the Language screen from where you can change the language.

You can simply select ‘Settings’, tap on ‘Themes’. We have almost 15 fabulous themes ranging from seasonal themes to festive themes to choose from.

Please ensure that you are connected to the internet. If your issue remains, try turning the app off and on again. Turn your WIFi/Cellular data off and on again before your launch the store again. Sorry for the inappropriate advertisement, if you could send us a screenshot of the inappropriate advert, we will forward this to the advertising company and we will do our best to make sure this advert doesn’t appear on our games. You can also report the app on the Play Store, so that Google Play can investigate and take necessary action. This would help prevent others from getting affected.

Try swiping down from the top of the display, the status bar will be displayed for a short period of time before disappearing again.

You can simply select “Settings” on the main page, click to set the Notifications for the game to On or Off.

Basically, the ads appear every 5 completed puzzles only on Unblock Me Free. If you are sick of pop-up ads, it will cost you $0.99 to get rid of them. You can get ‘Remove Ads’ from tapping on ‘Store’ on the main page.

Please make sure that you are connected to the internet then try logging in again. You need to sign in to your Google Play account on the device to be linked to your Google Play profile to begin the sync process.

Unfortunately, to sync - save & load - your game progress requires Google Play Services or iCloud accounts.

Try disabling/enabling Google Play Services and updating it to the latest version which might help you resolve the issue.

Sorry for the technical glitch, go to your phone's main Settings menu and then Accounts and simply remove the Google account you have registered (the one that's getting the "authentication is required" message). Once you've done this, you can re-add the account and it should work just fine. If this doesn’t work, please pop us over a PM at Facebook Kiragames.

Try tapping on Remove Ads again –without making payment, making sure that your log in account is the same account you used to purchase, making sure that your payment goes through, if the Remove Ads that you purchased still don't show up, please drop us a PM at Facebook Kiragames and send us a copy of the purchase receipt.
